We are looking to expand our Dream Team that takes care of our two ski lodges and our Guests. We are looking for hard working mountain&snow enthusiasts, who would fully appreciate the privilege of living and working in the magic village of Nozawa Onsen! Skills / Requirements
- The ideal candidates will be able to communicate in both English and Japanese (but not required to be fully bilingual). Depending on circumstances, we may consider candidates who speak only one of the two languages
- Good interpersonal skills with customers, and interest in interacting with people from all over the world (essential)
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferable)
- Driving license (preferable)
- Cooking skills (preferable)
- DIY skills (preferable)
- Non-Japanese candidates should already have (or be in the process of obtaining) a valid a Working Visa for Japan
Period
From early/mid December until mid/end of March, however we have some flexibility regarding start and end dates.

- The salary will depend on role, experience and skills
- Staff is provided with free shared accommodation at the lodge
- Staff enjoy free breakfast at the lodge, and can use the kitchen to cook their other meals
- Guaranteed a minimum of 1 day off per week
